This singing bowl is so beautiful and elegant, it makes a statement on its own. After reading the instructions and charging it, I got to hear and experience the sound. I changed the duration, angle, and time and am a huge fan of that feature. It allows for customization each time, if that’s desired. I also like that it can run without being plugged in once charged, allowing for many areas of use.

Works well, well made, excellent design. I reversed the gavel to give it longer strike increasing the volume. I'm happy with my purchase. And you get extra credit for adding a 2nd gavel. Thanks.
The size was unexpected. It's huge, and the programming is easy to understand. However, the rubber padding on the gavel muted the volume too low, even at 90°. I'm going to remove the padding at some point to see if I can make it louder. And thanks for sending an extra gavel. it's a great device but needs an update to increase the volume.

I like the convenience of this automatic singing bowl, but you do hear a little mechanical sound before the strike. I noticed it right away in a quiet room. I'm okay with it, though I'd listen to a demo first if little clicks bother you. The hands-free part is still a plus for me.
My desk is in the spare room, so it's very easy to go back and check 'one more thing' after work. I've started closing the laptop and sitting with this automatic singing bowl for a bit. It gives me a small end-of-work routine. Otherwise I'd probably still be checking emails.
Just to be clear, this isn't a continuous singing bowl sound. It strikes, rings out, then waits for the next interval. That's what I wanted for my evening meditation, but I wasn't totally sure before ordering.
I wanted an actual singing bowl, not just a recording coming out of a speaker. Reson appealed to me because you can watch the striker hit the bowl and hear it ring out. I still enjoy doing things by hand sometimes, but the automatic mode is handy when I just want to sit.
The adjustable intervals are what interested me in this automatic singing bowl. I leave quite a bit of silence when I lead meditation, so being able to space out the strikes is useful. I'd suggest trying the settings on your own first to find what feels right for your group.
Turns out I prefer much longer pauses between strikes than I expected. Glad it has adjustable intervals. I like hearing the bowl fade out and having some actual quiet before the next one.
I'm pretty bad at sitting still, if I'm honest. This automatic singing bowl gives me something to listen for when my mind wanders off. I still end up thinking about my to-do list, but the next strike reminds me to come back. That's enough for me right now.

As someone still learning meditation, I appreciate that there is no special playing technique to master. The sound is consistent and the controls feel approachable.
The sound feels warm rather than sharp, which works well in my smaller room. Once I found the right intensity, it became very easy to use.
The sound is lovely and the automatic striker is genuinely useful, especially when I want to stay still during breathing practice. It did take some experimenting to get the bowl sitting in exactly the right spot, and the stronger setting was too loud for my small room. Once I moved it slightly and lowered the intensity, the tone became much smoother. A quicker setup guide would have helped.

The whole reason I wanted an automatic singing bowl was to put my phone away for a bit. With Reson, I can sit down and let it strike the bowl without having to keep doing it myself. Simple idea, but it works nicely for the little quiet break I wanted.
It keeps a steady rhythm without asking me to break posture or open my eyes.
My mum loves her quiet morning routine, so I got her the Reson automatic singing bowl instead of another candle. We sat and tried it together after she opened it. She was fascinated by the moving striker. Definitely a more interesting present than my usual choices.

Beautiful sound. I have it set to dong every 30 minutes... on the hour and 1/2 hour. I would prefer the total runtime to be longer. Max total run tome is 15 hours. For my preference I reset with thev15 hours... and for my dong on the hour and 1/2 hour I have to do a manual rest at exactly an hour or 1/2 hour mark. All in all I love it.
